Our Vision
The Pak Belang Project aims to be Malaysia's leading voice in tiger conservation, using innovative strategies, community engagement, and synergistic collaboration to ensure tigers survive and thrive. By 2030, we strive to make the Pak Belang Project one of the influential forces and a household name that protects tigers and fosters a deeper appreciation for their critical role in our ecosystems, bringing hope for a brighter future.
Objectives and Key Results
Objective 1: Secure Sustainable Funding
Key Results:
- Generate RM 50,000 in revenue from the sale of merchandise and products crafted by the indigenous communities and vulnerable society by Q2 2025.
- Initiate a crowdfunding campaign to raise RM 50,000 for specific conservation projects by Q4 2025.
Objective 2: Increase Awareness and Education
Key Results:

Increase social media following by 1,500 across all platforms by Q4 2025.

Conduct five (5) community workshops and seminars on tiger conservation with a minimum of 250 participants by Q4 2025.
Objective 3: Enhance Community Involvement
Key Results:
- Form a partnership with the local community in tiger habitats by Q2 2025, acknowledging their pivotal role in our conservation efforts.
- Explore potential partnerships with three (3) local prisons by Q2 2025.
- Launch a volunteer program and recruit 50 volunteers by Q4 2025, recognizing the value of each participant's contribution to our conservation activities.
- Coordinate five (5) volunteer-driven conservation activities, such as habitat restoration and anti-poaching patrols, by Q4 2025.
